Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL), part of the Tata Group, recorded a consolidated net profit of ₹522 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25. This marks a 25% increase compared to the same quarter last year.


Revenue and Profit Highlights

The company's total revenue from operations reached approximately ₹2,425 crore, reflecting solid growth in the hospitality sector.
EBITDA for the quarter rose 30%, showing improved operational efficiency and strong demand during the period.


Dividend of ₹2.25 Per Share Announced

The board of directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.25 per equity share for the financial year, which will be paid upon shareholder approval in the upcoming general meeting.


Consistent Growth and Future Plans

Management highlighted that this was the 12th straight quarter of steady performance.
